Introduction:
Dr Rajasekhar has not been playing frequently these days. Jeevitha Rajasekhar herself has directed this movie. Though there is delay in release, finally it is hitting theatres today. Let’s see what the fate of film.

Story:
Mahankali (Dr.Rajasekhar) is a Special Task force ACP. His task is to take the man behind the blasts at Lumbinipark and Gokul Chat. The hunt includes killing that every rowdy at the old city and other parts of the city. He kills that every rowdy without sparing any one. The killing spree has no end till he was kept in jail. There are no law and order or courts to kill him. He is an encounter specialist. Without many ups and downs the movie runs in the same way.
The home minister gave him the powers to vanish the Harshad Gang in Dubai who is responsible for the blasts. When he is digging out for Harshad by killing every rowdy, he came to know that Minister is a supporter of another gang who are against to Harshad gang. What happens next forms the rest of the story to watch on the screen.

Analysis:
The movie is a huge action thriller. There is no end for killings and shoot outs. Mahankali kills the rowdies easier than a chicken merchant kills the hens. The first half of the movie creates some interest but the second half has completely failed due to the gaps and unwanted and unrequited incidents roped in.
It appears in certain scenes that the movie has absolutely lacks the entertainment, or there is only one entertainment repeated for several or many times took away the entertainment and lead the audience to the frustration. What next is for repletion of a killing leads even a thickest fan of Rajasekhar.

Performances:
Rajasekhar played in his yester year blockbuster Ankusam style including his dialogue delivery. It is in fact one man show. Rajaswekhar is the man and he played well. He did justice to the role. Madhurima has nothing to do but up to her character she did justice. Pradeep Rawat, Ashish Vidyarthi, Panda, Supreeth, Annapurna and others played well.

Technicalities:
Cinematography, editing is just okay. Dialogues are also okay. Music is just okay but not up to the requirement. The making is poor and the standards are normal. Screenplay is normal; direction is again poor with lapses.

Verdict:
Watch if you have no alternative this week; otherwise wait for a month to watch on some channel.
